Delivery Information & FAQs

Here at GoFish we aim to deliver fresh fish direct from the Coast and New Smithfield fish market to your door within 48hrs .We will be dispatching orders Tuesday to Friday . As we are up from early hours buying the Product, our cut off time for next day delivery will be 1pm ,any orders placed after this time will be rolled over and dispatched the next day.

We only deliver Tuesday-Friday excluding Bank Holidays. Please see below as to when your order will arrive.

Orders placed before 1pm Monday-Thursday will be delivered the next day.

Orders placed after 1pm Monday-Thursday will not be processed until the following day and therefore delivered the day after that.

Orders placed Friday-Sunday will be delivered on Tuesday.

We deliver to the following postcode areas; DE45, SK17, DE4, DE6, ST13, ST9, ST10, ST10, ST14, ST2, ST6, ST8, SK12, SK23, SK10, SK11, SK8, SK9, SK22, SK13, S33, S32, S17, S11, S18.

If your postcode is not listed watch out it could be soon!

Please note that we cannot deliver to Offshore, Outer Herbrides, Northen Ireland, Guernsey, Isle of Man and Jersey.

We are pleased to offer a Click and Collect Service from our warehouse on Staden Lane,Buxton and selected shops in Buxton and surrounding areas (names coming soon!)

Just select this option on Checkout. Pop in between 12-2pm on your selected day and we will have your order ready to go.

Your fish will be filleted ,cut to size and boned by hand , vacuum sealed to keep the freshness and delivered to your door in one of our unique insulated bags with gel packs. The fish will keep fresh for at least 24 hours within this packaging.

You will receive an email from us once your order is completed and your fish should arrive the next day.

Telephone contacts will be dealt with as quickly as possible (between 9 am – 1 pm Monday – Friday, or 24/7 answerphone). Please leave your name and number and we will get back to you.

There is no minimum order, all we ask any orders under £30 will be subject to a £4.95 delivery charge.

We do not deliver on Bank Holidays except for Good Friday. 

Since we pack and ship the day before delivery we regret that we do not offer deliveries on the working day after a bank holiday.

None of the above shall affect your statutory rights as a customer.

We can process all major credit/debit cards except American Express and Diners Card.

Our system usually ensures that items you can order are in stock and available but in the event of an item being out of stock on the dispatch date, we will refund any money paid.
