Swordfish, also known as broadbills in some countries, are large, highly migratory predatory fish characterized by a long, flat, pointed bill.

A fine fish with a similar meaty texture to tuna, but lighter in colour (and cooks to white). Most customers opt for pan-frying or grilling their swordfish steaks. Where some delicate fish may crumble, these swordfish steaks stand up well on the BBQ with some salt, pepper and lemon juice.

Do not re-freeze your fish after defrosting.
