They use only the finest natural and fresh materials, making this smoked salmon that extra bit special. It is also ethically sourced and RSPCA-accredited. We love it in a creamy pasta with fresh dill and lemon zest for a touch of luxury!
St. James Smokehouse Smoked Salmon has been freshly hand-crafted in their traditional smokehouse. They hand cure each fillet with a blend of pure sea salt and Demerera sugar - then they naturally cold smoke the salmon over smouldering oak chippings. This product is pre-sliced.
Store your smoked Fish in the refrigerator and consume within 6 days or place in freezer and consume within 3 months.
