Each product is graded and packed to meet the unique specifications of each customer. Storage & Preparation+
The cooking of shellfish kills all bacteria and virus. Store your shellfish in the bottom of your refrigerator (or salad drawer) covered with a damp kitchen towel or paper.
We recommend, for the best eating experience, all shellfish are enjoyed as soon as possible, ideally within two days of receipt.
